Room Information: Classic King or Queen; Classic Room with two custom (4’x6 1/2’) beds; each accommodates one person

 

Group Information and Terms:

• Group Name: SCAAEP Horse Owner Seminar

• Special group rate: $99 for a classic sized room (room with one king or queen bed) and $99 for a Classic Room with two custom (4’x6 1/2’) beds; each accommodates one person

• Rooms will be held until 07/11/17.

• After 07/11/17 unreserved rooms are released into general inventory.

• Guests can make reservations at the special rate after 07/11/17 by calling and identifying as part of our group.

• Guests may call our reservations office at 1-800-884-1381 (8am-5pm, Monday – Friday); after hours guests are prompted to be connected with the hotel front desk. Or guests may book online at https://webapps.georgiacenter.uga.edu/Hotel/ using block code 89273. Guests must enter this block code online in order to receive a room in the block. Guests are able to book online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Rate includes parking for one vehicle per room.

Additional Fees if Required:

• If additional parking is needed, it is currently $10 per vehicle per night in the South Campus Deck. Parking rates are set by UGA Parking Services and are subject to change.

• Rollaway beds are $7 + tax and based on availability. Some of the classic sized rooms cannot accommodate a rollaway bed.
